The Orange City Council approved an EDC Infrastructure Grant Agreement with Take 5 Oil Change for the expenditure of funds for eligible infrastructure improvements at 3122 N. 16th Street in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the purpose of economic development. Take 5 Oil Change has proposed an estimated capital investment of $2,000,000 at the project site.
