[ARCHIVED] Notice to Proceed - Eagle Point Parkway

Public Works Director, Jim Wolf, has formally issued the “Notice to Proceed” to Allco LLC for Eagle Point Parkway/Medical Center Drive - Phase 1 of the proposed Gisela Houseman Medical Center project at Eagle Point, Interstate 10 & Hwy 62. The Parkway project is scheduled to begin September 20, 2021 with substantial completion by March 18, 2022 and final completion by June 1, 2022.
