The City of Orange, Community Development Division, will be accepting applications for the funding
of Public Services for the 2021 grant program year until 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 18, 2022.
Applications may be picked up from the office of Planning and Community Development located
at 303 N 8th Street, Orange, Texas, 77630 or may be requested by email by contacting the Grants
Planner through rmonson@orangetexas.gov., or download an application.
Applications must be printed, filled out and submitted manually or by mail and must be received
in the office of Planning & Community Development no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 18,
2022.
Public Hearings to receive citizen’s comments on activities and projects for inclusion in the FiveYear Consolidated Plan and Fourth Year Annual Action Plan will be held:
