[ARCHIVED] Whataburger

The Orange City Council approved an EDC incentive with Whataburger for the expenditure of funds for eligible infrastructure improvements at 3124 N. 16th Street in an amount not to exceed $300,000 for the purpose of economic development. Whataburger has proposed an estimated capital investment of $3,100,000 at the project site.

Construction is scheduled to begin January 2023 with a targeted opening in summer of 2023.
