    The City of Orange will be hosting the O’Shaquie “Shock” Foster Parade in honor of Orange, Texas native WBC Champion O’Shaquie “Shock” Foster.

  19. Rules & Information


    1. Entry form deadline will be March 31, 2023 at 4 P.M.  
    2. Proper vehicle insurance in accordance with state law is required and must be submitted with the completed entry form.
    3. Registration fee - FREE
    4. Vehicles and participants are encouraged to decorate their vehicle/ mode of transportation.
    5. Drivers must observe all normal traffic rules when entering staging area and when disbanding at the end of the parade. 
    6. Permitted modes of transportation: Cars, trucks, trailer, gas powered golf cart, side by side, 4-wheeler, motorcycles, walking. 
    7. NO horses, NO dogs, NO pets, NO skateboards, NO bicycles
    8. Children are to be escorted and supervised by a parent, guardian or adult during the ENTIRE length of the parade. 
    9. Drivers must be 18 years of age or older.
    10. No political advertisements for persons seeking election to an office.
    11. Staging will begin at 10 A.M. at between 1st and Front Ave in Downtown Orange.
    12. Upon arrival, please check in with event staff.
    13. Parade start time – 12:00PM
