Orange, Texas 311, powered by SeeClickFix, makes it easy for residents to request service and report non-emergency issues directly to the City of Orange!

From potholes and sidewalk repairs to trash pickup and water pressure concerns, residents can conveniently create, view, and track the status of their requests—including those submitted by others—making it easy to engage and communicate with local government to improve the community.

How It Works

  1. Submit: Request a service or report an issue.
  2. Review: Once submitted, your request is reviewed by the appropriate City department and the work is assigned and scheduled.
  3. Work: We’re on it! Estimated times to complete requests vary by request type.
  4. Update: If you provided an email address, you will receive status updates on your request.

Submit A Request

Orange, Texas 311 allows users to submit service requests and report issues online using a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. To submit a request, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter the address or location of the issue, or drag the map marker to the correct spot and confirm the location.
  2. Select the category from the menu that best matches your issue.
  3. Provide a detailed description and attach a photo if possible.
  4. Choose to submit the request as yourself, anonymously, or as a guest.
  5. Click Submit to complete your request!

SeeClickFix is an application that allows users to report non-emergency-related issues to the City of Orange, and can be used via the Web on a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet.

SeeClickFix is a public application. The description entered will be visible to the public. Your display name will also be visible unless you choose to submit as Anonymous. Your email address will never be displayed publicly.

The Orange, Texas 311 is developed by SeeClickFix (a division of CivicPlus) under contract with the City of Orange.
