The Billing and Collection Division is responsible for the billing/collection of the Water/Sewer/Garbage Utilities. This division is also responsible for the collection of most other revenue sources of the City of Orange.
Drive-thru service is available for all City of Orange residents to pay their designated utility bills. A valid driver's license must be sent in with all payment that are made by credit/debit card through the drive-thru. A drop box is located in the first lane of the drive-thru labeled "night Deposit."
